I work with individuals, couples and families. I help people who are "stuck" in their personal life and / or career free themselves to make better decisions and attain their goals. This can include finding a greater sense of purpose, resolving conflicts with significant people in your life and aiding in the challenging transitions we all face in life. In addition to my private practice I consult to organizations on the stresses at work, work / life balance and career coaching. I help people by creating greater focus in their lives and providing them with the skills to make meaningful changes. People often overlook their abilities to accomplish more and be happier and more content. You will develop better ways to cope and communicate. My specialties include life transitions, career issues, relationships, work life balance. I love helping clients overcome their roadblocks and get greater satisfaction in life. I have worked in clinics, private practice and as a consultant to many organizations. In addition, I have written a book and created assessments that make it easier to create change in your life. Hopefully, my life experience has created some degree of wisdom.
