I'm passionate about helping clients who desire change. Healing from pain, trauma, rejection, abandonment is possible. Sometimes we start the process unable to identify where to begin other than to identify something just doesn't seem right or feel right. When life happens faster than we can keep up, it helps to know you don't have to go through it alone. In my rural Tennessee office, I see a large number of individuals with abandonment histories. Whether it has been an absent parent, loss of a spouse or betrayal in relationships, the impact of abandonment is real. It may manifest in anger, depression, addiction or anxiety. After I opened my private practice I realized the need to focus on helping people work through their anger issues. We all have anger at some level. Some individuals have it at higher levels and it interferes with their relationships and careers. I enjoy helping clients recognize their anger triggers and bringing an awareness to how anger can get in the way. I understand the importance of finding a counselor you can connect with in your journey towards health. You may decide that after meeting you need something that I cannot offer.
