Sometimes, life is really hard. Difficult experiences and past traumas can leave us feeling anxious, overwhelmed, shut down and alone. Relief and some hope would feel so welcome right now. Together we'll find a path to peace and balance. We will get to know the parts of you that may be carrying anxiety, depression, shame, fear, relationship issues, addictions, grief, loss, or other experiences. I believe that healing and recovering happens through connection and relationships, both with ourselves and with others. I work primarily from the Internal Family Systems approach which gives us a framework to heal from within and to find balance in our lives. There are many pathways for healing. Managing the stress of it all alone is exhausting. My role is to be a guide in helping you sort out the experiences and emotions that are impacting you. Let's work together to access the inner qualities and gifts to regain contentment and hope. I offer a 20 minute consultation call to answer any questions you may have and for you to see if we are a good fit.
