About

We honor the courage it takes to ask and seek. Humans are meaning-makers, and we seek out answers, particularly to the hard questions around self and identity. Suffering is a part of the human experience, and the hardships of life have a way of giving us false answers to these questions of "who am I?" Difficult experiences fill us with beliefs such as "I am not enough" or perhaps "I am too much," or "I am shameful/unloveable/incapable/a bad parent/fill in the blank." Maybe you're struggling with a transition, or crippled by perfectionism or scrupulosity. Perhaps something from the past keeps coming up. View 3 Photos

We want to walk with you on your journey of unburdening from these false identities, and help you discover the freedom and flourishing that are yours through becoming who you were made to be. Rooted in a Catholic-Christian vision of the person, we are committed to the truth, goodness, and dignity of who you are. Learn more at www.sienacounseling.com
