Greetings! My name is Lauren Trammell and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Georgia. It is my belief that healing is truly a journey consisting of ugly truths that later unveil a beautiful place of internal peace. Therapy is effective and beneficial once one is committed to the process and challenges that will come. I am sincerely passionate about supporting my clients as they navigate their own personal journeys, offering them compassion, empathy, and the skills necessary for healing and growth. As a therapist, it is my goal to guide clients as they fulfill their destiny while gaining a healthy mental state. I am clinically trained and competent to treat various mental health disorders; specifically, I specialize in treating clients with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, mood disturbances, anger management, behavioral issues, and low self-esteem. My approach to therapy is to establish a therapeutic rapport with a welcoming, authentic demeanor and the idea that “we’re simply having healthy conversations.” I offer a safe, judgement-free space for my clients to process their issues or concerns.
