Our lives are full of unexpected moments and experiences that may need time and healing to process. As a mental health professional, I am passionate about helping my clients grow and heal on their own interpersonal journey of self-love. My approach to therapy is collaborative and compassionate. I practice using a holistic (exploring ones mental, physical, spiritual and emotional self) and integrated style. Treatment methods I like to use include: person centered, CBT, DBT ACT, solution-focused, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. Exploring ones thoughts, feelings, and behaviors can be challenging and it is important that you have a safe space to express yourself. As a therapist I will help to empower and encourage you to make interpersonal connections, heal through trauma, and learn to navigate through life’s stressors and changes in a healthy way.
