I approach my work with warmth, acceptance, and genuine care. I believe in the power of humor and personal vulnerability to create a comfortable and supportive environment. I understand that therapy can initially feel intimidating, which is why I approach the process thoughtfully helping to make the process feel normal, safe, and approachable. I will help guide you through this process and take the lead. My approach is client-centered and adaptable. I meet each individual where they are, tailoring my care to their unique needs. Whether in inpatient or private practice settings, I've gained valuable insights into therapeutic styles. I have clinical experience serving all ages both in inpatient and private practice settings. Having experience in both settings allowed me to gain a better understanding of my therapeutic style, which is the belief that the client is in charge of their therapeutic experience. I want my clients to feel empowered to make positive changes in their life. My career path as a clinician has only solidified my passion for making meaningful connections with others. Life is a journey and I look forward to supporting you along yours. Together we will work towards your goals of decreasing unwanted, uncomfortable symptoms and increasing areas of success and insight. I look forward to working with you!
