As a therapist, I aim to create a space where clients have the opportunity to be vulnerable, grow, and feel empowered while working toward their life goals and developing new skill sets. Thoughts and emotions can be so powerful, but they can lead us to feeling stuck, lost, confused, dread, or even exhausted. We isolate, panic, feel unseen, feel unheard, and become irritated because we don’t have the words or we don't know what to do with these feelings.
