About

Please email me to contact. I will not return phone calls. Welcome! I aim to create an accepting, accommodating, and safe environment where we can collaborate to work towards your goals and overcome your challenges. My focus is on work with clients facing ADHD, identity development issues, borderline personality disorder, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I focus on balancing things we need to change in our lives with things we need to accept, and I incorporate teaching concrete skills into all my work. I am currently accepting couples, parents, and individual adults for DBT individual skills training.

I am a pre-licensed clinician under the supervision of Michelle Metzler, LCMHC, with a M.S. in clinical mental health counseling. I am being trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and work from a feminist lens - I believe people are doing their best with the available resources and are impacted by systems of oppression, regardless of identity.

Through our work together, you can expect to work on developing helpful skills and strategies to support yourself in a non-judgmental, responsive space. I aim to help you build a life that is worth living. Feel free to reach out anytime - I'm much more available and responsive via email.
