I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I am especially passionate about working with couples and adults who are seeking support for concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, and relational conflict. For me, helping people navigate the challenges they face and the difficulties in their relationships is an incredibly fulfilling journey. I believe that empathy and kindness are the most important things we bring to our relationships, and it is my goal that my clients feel heard, supported, and cared for. I utilize a collaborative, strengths-based approach to therapy, in which the client is the expert on their lived experiences and goals. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space for clients using warmth, humor, and authenticity. I frequently draw from several therapy models such as Gottman Method Couple Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and Family Studies with a minor in Spanish from Michigan State University. I then received my training and Master of Science in Couple and Family Therapy at Purdue University Northwest.
