Welcome! I’m Lauren (she/her), a New York-based psychotherapist, coach, and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). My practice is best suited for individuals who are looking to navigate the effects of trauma, shift their relationship with shame, and deepen their understanding of themselves. My practice is rooted in social justice and holistic care. I am trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and believe that healing begins when we are able to honor all the intricate parts of ourselves-even the those that we struggle to get along with. I view humor and creativity as important aspects of therapy. Let's be ourselves while we explore the unknown!
