Hi, my name is Lauren and I am so glad that you have chosen to seek help. Starting therapy for yourself or your child can be daunting, but I am committed to building trusting relationships with my clients and providing a space where honesty and vulnerability can flourish. I am passionate about recognizing each individual's unique experiences that have shaped them and working collaboratively with my clients to tailor treatment to their specific needs. Additionally, I believe in involving family members whenever possible to better support clients in their recovery journey. I specialize in treating eating disorders in adolescent and adult populations, as well as providing couples and family therapy. I work with individuals, couples, and families of diverse backgrounds and with a range of presenting problems including anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders. I'm also a Christian and enjoy incorporating faith into sessions if that is something you're interested in. However, I love working with clients from all walks of life whether you identify as religious or non-religious, you are welcome here. No matter what challenges you are facing, I am here to provide a safe space for you to explore change and growth.
