I believe that we are not defined by our darkest moments or a point in a time, but rather by the ways we choose to overcome them. When you're ready, we'll unpack your history or past traumas, exploring how and why you're currently struggling, embrace difficult emotions, and empower you to make change outside of our sessions. You won't find homework or a specific agenda with no room for conversation, or a cold and rigid presence from me. Although therapy can be hard and bring up many feelings, there will always be time to celebrate your wins and laugh about about the everyday, humorous parts of our lives. My therapy approach is very personalized, authentic, and collaborative. I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, and adults who have experienced trauma, as well as every day life stressors. I have expertise in areas including trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, mood and personality disorders, relational difficulties, and parental support. I hope to have the opportunity to support you in your healing and develop meaningful connections.
