Life experiences can sometimes leave us feeling as though we are presented with something too challenging or difficult to face. We can feel lost, overwhelmed, and unsure. So we can turn to coping mechanisms that might help us in the moment but aren't realistic long-term. Everyone needs help from time to time. I believe in empowering my clients to gain the tools and self-awareness they need in order to achieve more peace and serenity in their lives. I am a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and a Master Addiction Counselor. I specialize in counseling clients with eating disorders, substance use disorders, and trauma. Other specialties include women's issues, love and relationships, codependency, grief, anxiety, and depression. I am qualified to provide supervision to associate level clinicians. It can be hard to reach out to someone for help, especially when we are used to handling things on our own. My goal is to offer you what you need in order to discover who you are and what you need to move forward in life.
