About

As humans, we experience both internal and external challenges as we navigate life, and how we understand and approach these challenges is what informs our mental and emotional wellbeing. As a therapist, I work with individuals who are experiencing such challenges and are seeking support in better understanding them as well as navigating them. Grounded in a strengths-based understanding of counseling, I approach my work with compassion, genuine curiosity and authenticity to best support individuals’ feelings of connection, insight and healing.

I am passionate about supporting people who are struggling in their relationships to food, body and self. The primary focus of my work is with eating disorders, disordered eating and body-image struggles. Additionally, I work with individuals experiencing general and/or situational mental and emotional health struggles, trauma, and co-occurring disorders.

Please reach out to schedule a meet-and-greet with me so that we can ensure good fit and discuss how to best support you and your personal healing goals. I look forward to connecting with you!
