As humans, we experience both internal and external challenges as we navigate life, and how we understand and approach these challenges is what informs our mental and emotional wellbeing. As a therapist, I work with individuals who are experiencing such challenges and are seeking support in better understanding them as well as navigating them. Grounded in a strengths-based understanding of counseling, I approach my work with compassion, genuine curiosity and authenticity to best support individuals’ feelings of connection, insight and healing. I am passionate about supporting people who are struggling in their relationships to food, body and self. The primary focus of my work is with eating disorders, disordered eating and body-image struggles. Additionally, I work with individuals experiencing general and/or situational mental and emotional health struggles, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Please reach out to schedule a meet-and-greet with me so that we can ensure good fit and discuss how to best support you and your personal healing goals. I look forward to connecting with you!
