Counseling can help with issues that affect our behaviors and relationships. I’m here to offer support during times of transition. We will explore your attachment style and how you perceive and relate to the world and other people. We will set goals and create a plan to begin your journey of change. I am an ally to individuals in non-traditional relationships who may be facing issues related to non-monogamy, polyamory. I also work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, and who are recovering from trauma. I graduated from St. Edward’s University with a MA in Counseling in 2010 and a MA in General Psychology from North Central University in 2015. I have worked adolescents and adults providing career counseling and academic coaching, children’s groups for grief support, and divorce support groups. I use an integrative approach to therapy, tailoring interventions to the client’s needs from Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT), attachment theory, cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and mindfulness. I love working with clients on challenging topics like grief and sexuality in an open-minded and judgment-free space!
