I am so happy you found my page. Therapy is a beautiful place to start healing and working on goals that you have probably been wanting to work on for some time. I work with clients from a humanistic and client-centered lens, making sure they feel supported, respected, and heard. My approach to therapy is that you are the expert on your own life and that you are ready to take the journey to work on your current strengths and experiences and get to where you want to be. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, and Strengths-Based modalities to help support you with the goals you want to work on. I am passionate about working with young adults and adults around a variety of challenges, specifically anxiety, ADHD, women's issues, self-esteem, relationships, life transitions, and depression. My main objective in working with clients is for the client to feel empowered, confident, and inspired to take on life's greatest stressors. I would love to walk the path alongside you and support you as you journey through some of life's hardest transitions.
