About

Everyone can benefit from therapy in some way, yet reaching out for help can be difficult. I understand this challenge and commend you on taking the first steps towards leading the life you desire. As a systemic therapist, I believe the relationships that we are apart of, and the experiences that we have, influence our beliefs about ourselves and the world around us. Therefore, I enjoy helping clients explore the various systems they are connected to as they continue to learn about themselves.I have a collaborative and client-centered therapeutic approach and I am committed to helping my client's reach their therapeutic goals.

I am passionate about working with teens, adults, couples, and families as a whole. I specialize in supporting clients who are struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, body image disturbance, perfectionism, OCD, and relationship difficulties. I have completed all 3 levels of couples therapy training through the Gottman Institute.

I am a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS) through the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals. Additionally, I have training in Radically-Open Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (RO-DBT), a type of therapy aimed to support those who struggle with over-control, perfectionism, and emotional expression.
