Therapy is about allowing ourselves space to process and to heal. I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with past and present trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, and relationship issues. I offer a warm, nonjudgemental space to process your emotions and experiences and gain awareness into patterns and blind spots that you would like to change. Through this awareness, you can then start to foster meaningful change to create the life you want to live. Living a fulfilling life is rooted in intentionality, and intentionality starts with awareness. I am trained in and incorporate a number of different therapeutic approaches in treatment to best suit your needs and your goals. This includes Relational and Attachment Based Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). I would be honored to be beside you when you take that next step in understanding yourself and your story. "As long as you keep secrets and suppress information, you are fundamentally at war with yourself. The critical issue is allowing yourself to know what you know. That takes an enormous amount of courage." -Bessel Van Der Kolk
