I utilize an integrative approach when counseling, including Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution-Focused, Humanistic, and Behavioral approaches, tailoring the counseling experience to meet the unique needs of each individual. Though these are the theoretical orientations I align with, it is important to me that you feel understood and supported in our time together. I completed my clinical internship working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and co-occurring diagnoses focusing on developing social and behavioral competencies to cultivate relational skills. I feel a nurturing, professional environment will encourage clients to be honest about their therapeutic goals, and a positive therapeutic alliance can enhance an individual’s outcome in therapy. That's why it's my goal to support you throughout your journey, giving you the tools to feel confident in making your own decisions and facilitate your independence
