Welcome! I believe that every client is the expert of their own life and I want to create a collaborative environment with you to help you work through difficult life transitions. I will walk beside you, providing a non-judgmental, warm and safe space to explore these moments in life. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Gottman Method Levels 1 & 2 trained therapist specializing in treating couples. Trained in EMDR therapy, I can help you resolve negative events and memories from the past that continue to show up today. I am an LMFT and Masters Level Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP) in the state of Florida. I graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelors degree in psychology from Florida State University and obtained my Masters degree in marriage and family therapy from Nova Southeastern University.
