Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
In my practice, I specialize in managing anxiety, depression, stress, transitions, self-worth, relationship issues, and trauma. I'm particularly eager to connect with other queer, AAPI and mixed-race folks, those in marginalized communities, and anyone curious about alternative paths to healing. I work best with clients who are ready to be honest, vulnerable and supported — who want change even a little more than they fear it. I'm on a mission for somatic liberation, dismantling old social paradigms to make room for something better. I believe that health isn't just about the body — it's about the mind, the community, and the creative spirit working together in harmony. I guide individuals and groups back to their authentic, whole selves by rekindling a child-like sense of wonder. I know that life stressors — personal and collective — pile up. It might feel easy to stay stuck in our comfort zones, despite wanting more for ourselves. Engaging in therapy is brave! If you’re ready to embark on this journey together, explore new pathways to wholeness and build a society where holistic health is the norm, let’s see how we connect.
