I work with with clients with difficulty in the following areas: Communication and relationship problems in families and couples, Infidelity, Conflict Resolution, Sexual issues, Anxiety, Depression, and Low Self Esteem. Although I am Licensed in Marriage and Family Therapy, I also work with individuals with the same issues. I have been trained systemically in Marriage and Family Therapy and am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, as well a Certified Sex Therapist. I use a collaborative approach with clients and recognize the diversity of each person and adapt therapeutic techniques to the needs of each client. I believe there is no universal "norm" and that individuality is very important.Together we explore the problem areas and then introduce techniques for symptom reduction.
