About

Struggling with loss in a relationship? Betrayal? Abandonment? Shame? Living with or beyond illness? Maybe you are caring for a loved one who is chronically ill. We all get wounded. Seeking therapy is one way to care for yourself as you navigate these challenging experiences. Even in the most difficult times of life, we have an amazing capacity to grow, learn, connect, love, and to find meaning and purpose. This can be balanced with the uncomfortable feelings of grief, survivorship, loss of intimacy and sexuality. My deep compassion blended with fierce knowing, allows me to help people make significant changes.

I’ve completed advanced training programs in Brainspotting and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. With extensive clinical expertise in caregiving, I understand the needs of families through the disease continuum, from initial diagnosis, treatment, end of life, survivorship, recurrence & bereavement. My clients are aged from 6 to 96.

It can be difficult to talk about personal struggles with someone you don't know. My warm, calm and non-judgmental nature makes it a little bit easier. But don't think I won't challenge you! I have a rich life experience, deep empathy and, I've been told, a great sense of humor. My career is dedicated to helping couples and families find peace and ease.
