About

I am an intern therapist focused on helping you find meaning in life’s challenges. I’m currently pursuing my counseling degree at the University of Southern Maine. I hold a master’s degree in theological studies from Boston College and have experience in interfaith hospital chaplaincy. I’m passionate about guiding individuals through life transitions, complex grief, family health crises, and spiritual exploration, especially after religious/spiritual trauma and abuse.

My counseling style is personalized to your needs, integrating evidence-based modalities such as ACT, DBT, and attachment theory. I also incorporate existential, humanistic, and ecofeminist perspectives. Utilizing the arts, poetry, and neuroscience, I aim to understand you as a unique individual within your broader environment.

I prioritize trauma-informed care and work to enhance my multicultural and social justice competencies. I’m available online or in Falmouth. Let’s work together to uncover your potential and connect with what matters most to you. I look forward to supporting you on your journey!
