Afternoon, weekend, and evening availability! Hi, nice meeting you! I'm a licensed therapist in Kentucky and love working with people that have been thinking about or are ready to change their lives for the better. I have experience helping adults and children in a variety of settings, including outpatient, residential, and inpatient crisis stabilization. I have a passion for working with individuals struggling with substance use issues, traumatic experiences, difficulty with motivation, and other mental health concerns. One approach does not fit all, so I'm flexible in my method to meet your needs. I'm proficient in motivational Interviewing, DBT, and CBT. I am also EMDR trained to assist those with trauma. We can do this together! I believe in the capacity of human beings to heal, and also that we are naturally inclined to do so. My role is to work alongside you to get you where you'd like to be.
