As your therapist, I seek to understand and appreciate who you are as a person as well as your unique life experiences that you bring to our sessions. My approach to counseling is supportive and collaborative. I offer a warm, caring, professional environment where we will honor your strengths, uncover areas of suffering, and discover new perspectives of your life story. I utilize trauma informed treatment modalities based on the individual needs of each client. I often pull from CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. I offer Christian counseling to those who would like to integrate their faith into the therapeutic process. The therapeutic relationship is very important to me, and I encourage you to reach out and ask questions about what our work together might look like. My hope is that our time together will create a space for you to explore the depths of who you are and find deeper meaning in your day to day life.
