Hello and welcome! I am a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience in treating a wide array of Mental Health Disorders in various outpatient settings. I have over 10 years of experience in treating symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, intrusive thoughts and obsessive compulsive behaviors in adults ages 18 and over. I utilize evidence based practices and customize them to treat the specific needs of my clients. I have taken intensive training courses through Postpartum Support International. I assist women and families through struggles of family planning, infertility, loss, pregnancy, and postpartum struggles such as Postpartum Depression, Postpartum Anxiety, Postpartum Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and more. I strive to work collaboratively with you to provide strategies that will allow you to gain insight, and coping skills that will assist you in achieving your goals for parenthood.
