Hey there! I am currently available at the following times: 12pm, 1pm, and 2pm on Fridays bi-weekly. I earned my MA in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University and have counseled people from all walks of life, including children, adolescents, and adults. My background includes individual therapy, inpatient treatment, and nonprofit work. I have experience treating a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship and family problems, grief, low self-esteem, and life transitions through a trauma-informed lens. When working together, I will help you heal from the inside out for lasting, sustainable change. I utilize a person-centered, humanistic approach, integrating principles from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. During our sessions, you will learn new coping skills, improve your self-talk, enhance your communication, and gain agency over your life. We will start with your goals and gradually uncover limiting beliefs, trauma, and repeating patterns that are holding you back from reaching your fullest potential so that you leave every session with tangible next steps.
