About

The relationship between the client and therapist is key for success. In this regard, my commitment to you is genuine and absolute. I am direct, supportive, compassionate, and interactive. I listen well. My approach is to focus on your concerns. My interventions are tailored to your specific circumstances.

Our work is collaborative. We work in harmony and without judgment to expand your understanding of yourself, your circumstances, relationships, and goals. We seek to uncover unconscious, unnamed, untapped, or blocked, stuck aspects. We explore what helps/what hinders your personal well-being and how to effectively use this knowledge in advancing your life.

My training covered various approaches including psychodynamic, cognitive, mind-body, accelerated resolution therapy (ART), neuropsychological assessment, and NLP. I have also worked extensively with people diagnosed debilitating health conditions and addressed identity issues resulting from the label "disabled".
