Laura, a Diplomate of the Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies, specializes in CBT, including skilled thought analysis and behavioral changes. With expertise in trauma and neurodivergence, she has additional training in DBT and offers an integrative approach. Laura is also a community organizer and incorporates social justice into her practice.
