About

I believe we all possess a natural wisdom and an ability to heal, and at times we need support in getting in touch with those abilities. I work with clients to facilitate a deeper awareness into challenges and strengths, in an individualized way. I work with adults, adolescents, children, and families with particular interests in trauma/PTSD, substance use, family relationships, parenting and a variety of other concerns. I use a holistic approach to therapy informed by strengths-based, person-centered, expressive arts, and narrative techniques.

I have extensive training and experience using expressive arts with adults, adolescents, children, and families. Expressive arts therapy can foster self discovery, resolve inner conflict, aid in trauma recovery, assist with grief and loss, and improve one's quality of life.

In all the work I do with clients I aim to provide a safe, respectful, therapeutic environment; focusing first on building the therapeutic relationship.
