About

Sept '24: Accepting new clients. LGBTQ friendly provider. I specialize in IFS therapy, anxiety, and relationships. I provide both couples and individual therapy through a trauma informed lens. Some issues I work with include: relationship difficulties, anxiety/depression, neurodiversity, LGBTQ related issues, health issues (e.g. cancer) academic/career stressors, religious and relational trauma, and life transitions (e.g. postpartum, relocation, divorce). My therapeutic style is warm, empathic, and I value humor in sessions. I will help build self awareness and strategies that will support you on your wellness journey.

I have over 17 years of clinical experience and am IFS Level 2 trained and trauma informed. I emphasize how your current strengths benefit and support you already, as well as offer strategies to build resilience and balance. In couples therapy, I utilize IFS and Gottman modalities to build understanding and connection in your relationship.

I welcome you regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual preference, education level, and religious background. I accept clients residing in the state of NC, VA & FL. Reaching out is often the hardest step in the journey towards wellness, but it's also a step towards change. Best way to contact me is by email. I look forward to hearing from you!
