Welcome! Struggling with anxiety or depression? Working on setting boundaries with family? Trying to find work-life balance? Unhappy with your relationship with food and your body? Exploring your sexuality or gender? Wild Feather Counseling may be the right place for you! I strongly believe we all have a RIGHT to quality mental health care. And I am proud to be in the field. I am the type of therapist that believes it is important to be human and connect with my clients. I am the type of therapist that knows my clients are experts of their own experiences. If any of this appeals to you, please keep reading! I use my training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and my knowledge of systemic oppression to primarily provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for Queer, Trans, Nonbinary people and/or BIPOC. I started my work focused on eating disorders and continue to work with this population as well. However, all are welcome at my door! Finding a therapist is hard and I know you are doing the best you can. I am here to help you along the way if I can, just reach out! I would be happy to begin the process with a 15 min phone consultation. From there we will decide what is the best course of action. I look forward to working with you.
