I am a Licensed Professional Counselor serving adults and adolescents in Sierra Vista, Arizona and surrounding areas. My mission is to support your vision for your most fulfilling life by helping you tap into the tools you already have, while learning some new ones. I believe in the power of creativity in all areas of life, and bring a unique perspective as an art therapist and somatic psychotherapist to help you develop and access creative solutions to life's challenges. Services include self-regulation techniques, psychoeducation, art therapy, EMDR, ACT, emotional regulation, Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping), Somatic Action Methods, Solution-Focused Therapy, exploration of addictive patterns around substances and behaviors, mindfulness exercises, support through life transitions, and grief exploration.
