About

When it comes to relationships, we can find ourselves stuck on “rinse-and-repeat” (or occasionally, just “spin.”) However, through insight and a smattering of behavioral interventions, we can learn to separate that which is ours and that which we have been holding onto for someone else, allowing us to reimagine ourselves and our relationships. I work with adults, teens, couples, and families, and specialize in working with folks who struggle with anxiety and relational trauma.

I have specialized training in trauma and attachment-based approaches, and am passionate about myriad issues including sexual trauma, codependency, grief, and social anxiety. With 25 years of experience in the entertainment industry, I am also well versed in the the often under-appreciated impact it has on those in the thick of it.

My style is very relational in nature, and I use empathy, curiosity, and a healthy dose of humor to create a safe space for you to heal. My clients say they find me both warm and straight-forward in my approach. Finding a therapist can be daunting, so if you are ready to begin the therapy journey, I would love to hear from you to see if we are a good fit.
