About

Whatever brings you to therapy, talking to a well-trained, warm and sensitive therapist is likely to bring relief. I believe that a collaborative, genuinely caring therapeutic relationship is the key to successful therapy. Within the context of an empathic relationship, a person is safe to get to know her or his own feelings and habits, and where they come from. They are then unbound to repeat the same unhelpful patterns. I have specific experience and interest in working with trauma, infertility and donor-conception, and relational patterns.

I offer adult and adolescent individual therapy, with a focus on relationships. I also co-lead an Interpersonal Process Group, where members receive support from each other, learn about their interpersonal patterns, and experiment with new ways of relating to others.

My approach is primarily psychodynamic, but I integrate aspects of cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness, depending on a person's needs. I look forward to hearing from you to see if we could be a good fit.
