Through life, we all face challenges and stressors that can be too difficult to resolve alone. Oftentimes, the viewpoint of a nonjudgmental third person can provide new perspective and insight. Working together, I help clients discover their values, learn new ways of managing distress, and live their optimal life. View 5 Photos I enjoy working collaboratively with preteens to adults helping manage daily stress, mood related difficulties such as anxiety and depression.; as well as processing traumatic events. I am trained in EMDR and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) which have proven to be very effective and has proven to facilitate healing and recovery. I see therapy not as a lifelong commitment but a helpful tool to develop insight through a collaborative, empathic, and supportive process.
