Too often individuals feel hopeless and discouraged with the direction of their life. They may have lost interest in things they use to enjoy. Some individuals may be struggling with overcoming past traumas and hurts, and these events from their past are preventing them from being their authentic self. Individuals seek counseling for a variety of reasons, and all are valid concerns. However, I am not here to judge you, but instead I am here to walk with you while we explore your life's journey and determine ways to help you find your true self. I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety related disorders and traumas. I also see individuals suffering from an array of other mental health concerns. I provide treatment for individuals, couples, and families. Psycho-educational sessions are held weekly for co- parenting, domestic violence, and anger management. I provide a therapeutic environment that fosters, warmth, support, and encouragement. I provide free phone consultations. Appointments are offered weekdays, weekends, and evenings.
