Dr. Rancier enjoys working with a diverse population using evidence-based interventions for a wide range of conditions including mood and anxiety disorders, personality disorders, PTSD, trauma and relationship issues. Dr. Rancier is a culturally sensitive therapist and considers how diversity and cultural factors impact her client’s mental health. She believes in the importance of providing clients with skills from CBT, DBT, and ACT while also allowing space to process past experiences that could impact the client’s current day to day functioning. Dr. Rancier helps her clients develop a sense of empowerment through a non-judgmental approach to address their concerns including the practice of self- compassion. She enjoys working with young women and men to empower them to implement positive change in their personal and professional lives. She is bilingual - can conduct sessions in English or Spanish.
