Therapists » Marriage & Family Therapist Associate
As a therapist, my work revolves around helping individuals and families understand and navigate their relational dynamics. My clients are often curious about exploring the complexities of their personality and how it manifests in their relationships. I believe that a willingness to be open-minded and introspective is key to making progress in therapy. In addition to working with individuals, I also have experience working with families who are struggling to build healthier relationships with one another. Whether it's communication issues or other challenges, I'm dedicated to helping families find solutions that work for them. My style is grounded in a deep sense of relationality and informed by trauma and somatic theories and techniques. I take an integrative approach that combines various modalities, including systemic, person-centered, gestalt, attachment theory, and formative psychology. While I tend to be direct, I always prioritize compassion and respect in my work. It's a privilege to be able to support and guide clients as they navigate their own journeys of self-discovery and growth. Witnessing their progress and seeing them overcome their challenges is an incredible source of inspiration for my own life! Brave and vulnerable clients who face their struggles inspire me the most.
