About

Have you been told "you're too much" or "too emotional" but somehow feel like you're just not enough? Do you feel despairing and feel clear that something has to change? If you are ready to change and grow, maybe I can help. Utilizing a variety of tools, including trauma modalities EMDR/ Brainspotting, we will uncover what isn't working and help you find new ways forward. The change can be subtle, but profound. I am a depression, trauma and grief therapist. I help young people and adults overcome loneliness, sadness and despair-in order to feel more peace and joy in their lives.

We will use an eclectic mix of therapies and tools, to help process simple and complex human feelings, experiences and trauma. Throughout the process I hope we laugh, cry and heal. Clients will leave the therapy space feeling less alone, more confident and able to find a hopeful way forward.

If you are seeking change or need someone to witness your journey, please contact me. I am available for free consultations to determine what you need and if we are a fit.
