About

I believe that we all have the ability to heal and reach our goals. My ultimate objective is to provide my clients with the tools to gain greater self-awareness and empower them to transform their life. My background includes working with children (ages 10+), adolescents, young adults, and families. If you and/or your child have experienced trauma or adversity, we can work together to find new ways to manage stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, behavioral concerns, or difficulties in relationships.

I am trained in, and often use, EMDR and Brainspotting to aid in decreasing symptoms of emotional distress in order to promote positive thinking and feeling. Additionally, I am trained in play therapy interventions and trauma informed care interventions.

As an Arizona native, I am passionate about supporting individuals and families throughout my community in healing and achieving personal growth. I am devoted to making therapy a safe and inviting environment where individuals and families can explore varying dynamics of their emotional well-being.
