About

I provide child, adolescent and adult clinical services to individuals and families. I am trained as a clinical, developmental and educational psychologist with two doctoral-level degrees in clinical and educational psychology. I have worked nationally and internationally with departments and ministries of health and education to offer services focused on emotional development across cultures. I have held faculty positions at Hawaii Pacific University, Yale University School of Medicine and Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence. My publications are in the fields of cultural, educational and clinical psychology.

Since we all enter therapy with individual intentions and motivations, I feel it is important to customize therapy to individuals' specific aspirations. My approach to emotions and behavior change reflects best practices and current advances in developmental, educational and clinical psychology.

My purpose is to provide support, knowledge and skills that improve your ability to manage thoughts, emotions, behaviors and relationships.
