About

As a therapist, I can assist you to better understand the connections between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. With this new insight, you can identify problematic ones and challenge, replace, or reframe them. The path to change starts with identifying your underlying needs and finding more effective ways to fulfill them. I work with adolescents, teens and adults from diverse backgrounds. I am specialized in treating anxiety, depression, life transitions, low self-esteem and grief with children, teens and young adults.

I utilize an integrative approach that combines different therapeutic approaches to best fit each client’s needs and goals. My approach is influenced but not limited to CBT, DBT, Mindfulness and Strength Based therapy. I also enjoy integrating a creative arts therapy approach and games.

I believe in change and people developing self-awareness, so they can be the best version of themselves. Life is not about what you go through, but how you get through it. Let me help you through some of life’s trials and inconveniences.
