My name is Lynette Lytle and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 29 years of experience based in the Middle Georgia area and seeing adult clients statewide remotely via telehealth. I specialize in trauma and the issues that sometimes accompany having experienced trauma (i.e. anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and relationship difficulties) using Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to assist clients in increasing resilience and achieving their goals. My focus and style have meshed well in working with adult survivors of trauma and the variety of areas it continues to impact their lives emotionally, physiologically, socially, and psychology. In working together, tools will be provided to build skills and provide growth. I like to provide a calm, supportive environment where my clients know that they will not be judged nor am I easily shocked by anything. I have the ability to listen but also to ask for clarification if necessary. I like to use humor, when appropriate, at times to lighten the mood.
