Hello! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Michigan with 16 years of experience. I have worked extensively with young and middle-aged adults on concerns ranging from depression, anxiety, substance abuse and trauma to eating disorders, relationship challenges and academic & career transition issues. I am an avid runner, former college athlete and spend lots of time outdoors with my family (husband and two boys aged 7 and 10) in all seasons kayaking, camping and skiing.
