Accepting new clients- Are you facing a transition in life and feeling overwhelmed or alone? Are you newly sober or watching a family member seek sobriety and feeling scared or uncertain? Are you a college student or young adult, feeling overwhelmed by your emotions or life circumstances? Navigating anxiety, depression, sobriety, or other major life transitions alone can be intimidating and frustrating, but I am here to help. I take a direct, warm and understanding approach to help my clients set both short- and long-term goals for themselves in order to start building confidence and imagining the life that they would like to live. I specialize in working with people in recovery and family members of those in recovery. I also specialize in working with college students and young adults. I enjoy helping people through life transitions, anxiety, depression, and difficult relationships. Together, we can explore your challenges and build a plan to address them. The strength of the connection you feel with your therapist is one of the strongest indicators of treatment success. Please reach out for a consultation if you think we might be a good fit. You do not have to face your challenges alone and I would love to talk more about how I can help.
