Through mirroring clients’ vulnerability, I hope to create a safe space for individuals seeking guidance to create or reinforce their healing journey. I utilize mindfulness-based practices in trauma therapy and explore the impact of trauma on our bodies and minds to encourage healing and recovery. I integrate attachment-based practices, inner-child work, parts work, and Brainspotting to promote an increased sense of self while cultivating self-compassion. I aim to help clients strengthen their mind-body connection to increase distress tolerance. My healing journey began when I was willing to admit I needed someone to help guide me. Through willingness and curiosity, I was met with the concept of healing. I believe everyone deserves to experience relief through individualized treatment planning. Willingness is the first step. I have pride you have found your way here. Please do not hesitate to reach out and I will be there to guide you.
