About

I am a therapist who is passionate about working with couples and family systems. Marginalized folx are my specialty: Queer / GNC / Neurodivergent, POC. When I work with couples and families, I consider your relationship the client. My therapy work is from an emotionally focused, trauma informed, and attachment style lens. With all of my clients I find it helpful to examine how your historical and present contexts impact your relationship with yourself and others. I am also familiar with working with couples and families of mixed neurotypes, I specialize in ADHD, Autism and AuDHD in context of relationships/ families. View 4 Photos

I have almost 3 decades of experience working with youth ages 11-18 and their families. As a family therapist, I have found it helpful to draw from my prior experience as a public middle school teacher. Areas of focus are family conflict, trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, neurodiversity/ADHD, and LGBTQ+ issues.

I know finding a good match in a therapist can be a daunting task. I am far from being a 'traditional' therapist (note the mohawk and tattoos), my style is relational, authentic, and directive at times. If you feel like we might be a good fit, reach out and we can schedule a free 15 minute initial consultation either in person online via telehealth.
